H. City of Chihuahua, Chih., June 17, 2025.- The Municipal Government, through the Municipal Institute for Women, signed a collaboration agreement with the Technological University of Chihuahua (UTCH) Sur, to promote the training of women.
Through this partnership, women will be able to access new opportunities for training, skills development, and channeling, with the goal of strengthening their autonomy and economic development.
The signing was led by the director of the Municipal Institute for Women (IMM) and Luisa Yolanda Quiñónez Montenegro, director of UTCH Sur, who agreed that education is a key tool for women's empowerment and reducing social inequalities.
This agreement is part of the strategies implemented by the Municipal Women's Institute to provide more training and education options, in collaboration with educational institutions, associations, and local businesses.
